Adjustment Details
Effective from May 1, 2024, we will adjust the charges for the following services :
・Arcana Home Electricity：An increase of ¥2 per kWh, applicable in all areas.
・Arcana Business Electricity： Varies by area, please refer to the specific terms for details.
・Arcana Low Voltage Electricity： Varies by area, please refer to the specific terms for details.

Applicable Period
The period during which the new rates will be applied varies depending on the date of your contract :

For customers who contracted before April 30, 2023 :
The new rates will be reflected in the bill for July 2024 (based on the electricity meter reading in July).

For customers contracting on or after May 1, 2023 :
The new rates will be reflected in the bill for July 2025
(based on the electricity meter reading in July).

For new customers contracting on or after May 1, 2024 :
The new rates will apply from the first billing.

*The difference in the timing of the new rates' application is due to the presence or absence of a penalty contract for early termination (application/cancellation within one year).
