It's a simple plan where there is no basic fee, and you only pay for what you use. Recommended for those who use a lot of electricity.

This is a plan equivalent to the regional power company's low-voltage power plan, intended for offices and shops that use power.
The basic fee is relatively cheap, making it cost-effective if business equipment and such are not always in operation.
