No, it is not necessary for you to contact them as our company will handle the communication.

Is it necessary to go through any procedures when moving?

If you plan to continue using our services at your new address, you will need to enter into a new contract for that address. Your existing contract will then be terminated with no cancellation fee.

Service Fee An invoice issuance fee of 246 yen (tax included) applies. Invoice Issuance Timing Invoices are issued around the 20th of each month. Payment Deadline For convenience store payments (via GMO Atobarai), payment must be made within 14 days of the invoice issue date. If payment is overdue, a collection handling fee will be charged for each additional invoice issued.
