FAQ

What does the deregulation of electricity entail?

Until now, electric power companies were determined by region, but with the full deregulation of electric power retailing in April 2016, customers can now freely choose their electric power company.

How are you able to provide electricity at a lower price?

With the deregulation of electricity, a free market competition emerges, leading companies to employ creative solutions to provide electricity at lower prices.

Will switching power companies cause any electric instability or blackouts?

Switching to our company will not cause instability or blackouts.

Can I switch companies if I live a condiminiun or apartment?

Some complexes have a lump-sum contract for the entire building, so please check with the management company of the complex.

How can I apply?

You can apply on our website.

Is it necessary to contact the current electricity company I am contracted with?

No, it is not necessary for you to contact them as our company will handle the communication.

Is it necessary to have an on-site presence or undergo any construction work during the switching process?

It is generally not required.

Is it necessary to go through any procedures when moving?

If you plan to continue using our services at your new address, you will need to enter into a new contract for that address. Your existing contract will then be terminated with no cancellation fee.
