Rate Details

Applicable Period
The new rates will be applied to customers who have completed a one-year usage period (plus a one-month grace period) from the date of application.
Notifications will be sent to each customer in advance to the registered email address, but as a general guideline,
the new rates will first be applied to the bill issued 15 months after the month of the initial contract.
For customers who contracted before April 30, 2023 :
The new rates will be applied sequentially starting from the October 2024 bill (based on the electricity meter reading date in October).
For customers contracting on or after May 1, 2023 :
The new rates will be applied sequentially starting from the October 2024 bill (based on the electricity meter reading date in October).
For customers contracting on or after May 1, 2024 :
The new rates will be applied sequentially starting from the August 2025 bill (based on the electricity meter reading date in August).
For new customers contracting on or after July 31, 2024 :
The new rates will apply from the first billing.
*The difference in the timing of the new rates' application is due to the presence or absence of a penalty contract for early termination (application/cancellation within one year).
