Below, we will guide you on how to confirm the application of the “Emergency support to survive the extreme heat” on our your electricity invoice.

① After logging into My Page, open the “Billing Documents” (請求関連書類) page and select the “Statement” (計算書) tab.

② Display the statement for the billing month you want to check by clicking the "Display" (表示) button.

③ Please check the details within the billing breakdown, and you will see that the full amount of the government support is deducted under the “Procurement Adjustment Amount” (調達調整額).

The above is provided as a sample for reference when the government's support under the price fluctuation relief (国による補助) is 3.5 yen.
Since the procurement adjustment amount was "0 yen," the calculation is 0 yen + (- 3.5 yen), resulting in a display of "@ - 3.50." 
Usage: 105 (kWh) x - 3.5 (yen) = - 367.5 (yen).

The procurement adjustment amount fluctuates by about ±2.0 yen depending on market electricity prices. 
The name may differ by power company, such as fuel adjustment costs.
